RF Shield Boxes — Five Form
Factors. One Engineering
Standard.

From handheld portables to production-line pneumatic enclosures, every EMI
Shielding box delivers up to 100 dB isolation across 10 MHz – 40 GHz — and is
built to your DUT, not a generic SKU.

RF shield boxes isolate a device under test from ambient RF interference, allowing engineers to characterize, validate, or production-test wireless products in a controlled environment. The right form factor depends on where you're using it: a benchtop unit for R&D, a rack-mount for automated test stacks, a wheeled portable for field service, a standalone for large DUTs, or a pneumatic for high-volume production.

EMI Shielding builds all five — engineered to a single quality standard, with shared I/O modularity, gasket design, and shielding effectiveness verification methodology.

The Product Range

PX-Series — Portable

Compact (10 kg) to wheeled (45 kg). Field service, mobile labs, demo kits.

RX-Series — Rack Mount

4U to 12U, 19" or 24" rack. Automated test systems and integrated test labs.

Popular

BX-Series — Benchtop

Up to 110 dB SE. R&D, QA, golden-unit comparison, design validation.

SX-Series — Standalone

Floor-standing 700 mm – 1500 mm. MIMO, multi-DUT, large devices.

AX-Series — Pneumatic

Drawer, clamshell, rack-drawer. PLC-ready production line automation.

How to Choose

Where will the box live?

Bench → BX. Rack → RX. Field → PX. Floor → SX. Production line → AX.

What's the DUT size?

Phone/IoT → BX-350 or PX-200. Tablet → BX-500 or PX-450. Laptop → SX-700+.

How often does it cycle?

Occasional → manual door. Heavy daily → pneumatic (AX) for cycle life.

What frequencies?

Sub-6 GHz only → standard SMA. mmWave/40 GHz → SMA-K (2.92 mm).
